A committed entrepreneur, Caroline Véran founded the Croissance bleue agency ahead of the 2015 Paris Climate Conference, to advise and support company and organization leaders in their sustainable growth and responsible communications strategies.
She is also actively involved in the development and promotion of CSR, participating in conferences, think tanks and public and private working groups.

As a CSR consultant with our agency, Manon’s main missions include implementing the Atout RSE program, assisting with labeling, monitoring, benchmarking and sector analysis. She was previously Project Manager for the Réseau des éco-entreprises de France, the leading ecosystem of SMEs, ETIs, professional sectors, institutions, public and private buyers, investors and research players dedicated to environmental solutions, energy management and the circular economy. For 6 years, she supported managers in their business, financing, HR and international development, as well as territories and sectors in the ecological, energy and circular transition. Louise has a legal background in human rights and environmental law, and has worked for consulting firms, NGOs and government bodies in France and abroad.Office Manager
