What is Atout RSE©?
Atout RSE© is an original training and support program developed by Croissance bleue, in partnership with Bpifrance and leading organizations, to assist companies at the sector and regional levels.
In view of the intensification of CSR issues and regulations, this scheme has been designed to support VSEs and SMEs in their approach. How can we do this? By offering a concrete, comprehensive, tailor-made and financed program that enables companies to easily build and promote a CSR approach tailored to their business. Each participant benefits from à la carte support, with deliverables tailored to their practical and operational needs.
The program is aimed at managers of small and medium-sized businesses, enabling them to integrate CSR into their company’s DNA easily and cost-effectively. Croissance bleue supports them throughout their transformation process, with collective intelligence work and personalized coaching. By adopting responsible practices, they can create a positive impact on society and the environment, and increase the sustainability of their business.
Successfully implemented on several occasions, the Atout RSE© scheme now has 3 editions to its credit. We first built it up with the region’s professional organizations, in 2021 with the CPME de l’Hérault and in 2022 with the MEDEF des Hauts-de-France. More recently, in 2022/2023, a 3rd edition of Atout RSE© Experts-comptables was launched in partnership with IFEC and Aesio Mutuelle. It has enabled us to support 16 accounting and auditing firms of all sizes, spread across all regions, and the IFEC union, with two main objectives: (i) to structure a CSR approach within each firm, (ii) to build a new positioning for the chartered accountant defined as the indispensable sustainability ally of VSEs/SMEs.
The Atout RSE© program will be expanded in 2023/2024, in particular in partnership with local chartered accountants and statutory auditors. Applications for the second Atout RSE© Expert comptable promotion are now open.
The first edition of Atout RSE© Expert comptable closes on June 27, 2023 at 19LCL.
